- What do I get for free?
- Upload a single JB4, MHD, or bootmod3 log on the Analyze page to detect usable pulls, summarize supported channels, and get observations with a permanent shareable link. Up to 10 logs a day, no account needed.
- How does the Pro free trial work?
- Start Pro and you won't be charged for 7 days. We collect your card up front so access continues seamlessly. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
- What is the $25 deep report?
- An AI-assisted explanation of one shared analysis: observed flags and ordered checks to discuss with a tuner or mechanic. This is a log report, not a personal or resale vehicle history report.
- Who handles billing?
- Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record. They run secure checkout and handle sales tax / VAT. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, anytime. You keep access through the end of the period you've paid for, and all your data stays put if you come back.
