Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Auto Tracker (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

The service

Auto Tracker is a vehicle command-center for enthusiasts: it analyzes JB4 datalogs, tracks maintenance, parts, and spend, and stores vehicle records you provide. It is a software tool, not a substitute for professional mechanical inspection or tuning advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions, trials & billing

• Access requires an active subscription, which begins with a 7-day free trial.
• We collect a payment method at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to paid automatically and renews each period until canceled.
• Billing, payment processing, and applicable sales tax/VAT are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, and no uploading of content you don't have the right to store.

No mechanical-advice warranty

Datalog insights, flags, trends, and AI summaries are informational estimates generated from the data you upload. They may be incomplete or wrong, and they are not professional engineering or safety advice. Always verify with a qualified technician before making decisions that affect vehicle safety or reliability. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Tracker is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any vehicle damage, loss, or injury arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date; continued use means you accept the revised terms.
