Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Auto Tracker. Here's how refunds work. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who issues any approved refund to your original payment method.

Free trial

Subscription plans start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund if you cancel before it ends. Cancel anytime from Settings.

Monthly & annual subscriptions

If you're charged and aren't satisfied, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it. After a refund, access ends. Canceling on its own stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period — reach out if you'd like us to look into it.

How to request a refund

Reach us through our contact formfrom your account email, or use the receipt link from Lemon Squeezy. We'll confirm by email once it's processed.
